Dr. John Mulcahy
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Dr. John Mulcahy is the Director of Professional Development for West-MEC, the joint technical education district for western Maricopa County. Prior to his current assignment, John was the Administrator for Career Services in the Peoria School District and prior to that a long time agriculture teacher in both Arizona and Washington. John is an active member of many educational professional organizations including ACTE and ACTEaz.
